Our Approach to Refunds
We want you to love SuitedGames. Here's how refunds work — no fine print, just straight talk.
We're a small team at Live Life Innovative in Sydney, Australia, and we've tried to make this as fair and transparent as possible.
Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your premium subscription at any time — no questions asked.
- When you cancel, you keep full access to premium features until the end of your current billing period
- After that, your account reverts to the free tier — you don't lose your account, stats, or game history
- Cancellation stops future charges immediately, but your premium access continues through the period you've already paid for
How to cancel
- Go to Account Settings → Subscription → Cancel
- Or use the Stripe customer portal (link is in your account settings)
Change-of-Mind Refunds
Because SuitedGames is a digital service that you can access immediately after subscribing, we are unable to offer refunds simply for changing your mind.
EU / UK Users
Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. However, by subscribing and immediately accessing premium features, you acknowledge that the digital service begins straight away and you consent to waiving the 14-day withdrawal right, as permitted by law. Your other statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Tip: Try before you subscribe
All games are available on the free tier. We encourage you to enjoy the free experience first to make sure SuitedGames is right for you before upgrading to premium.
When You ARE Entitled to a Refund
Under Australian Consumer Law (and similar consumer-protection laws around the world), you have rights that we take seriously and will always honour.
Major Failure
If the service is significantly different from what was described, or has a serious problem that can't be fixed, you're entitled to a full refund.
Minor Failure
If a feature isn't working as expected but the service is still broadly usable, we'll fix the issue as quickly as possible. If we can't fix it in a reasonable time, you're entitled to a refund.
Examples of When a Refund Applies
- You were charged but never gained access to premium features
- A significant feature advertised as part of premium was unavailable for an extended period
- A billing error resulted in being charged the wrong amount or charged after cancellation
- The service was substantially unavailable for a prolonged period
Where a refund is granted for a partial billing period, the amount will be pro-rated based on the unused portion of your subscription.
Battle Pass & Virtual Item Purchases
- Battle Pass and cosmetic purchases are non-refundable, except as required by applicable consumer law
- Coins are an in-game virtual currency earned through gameplay. They have no real-world monetary value and are not eligible for refunds or cash-outs
- Exception: If the item doesn't work as described or wasn't delivered, contact us and we'll sort it out
- Your consumer-law rights still apply to these purchases
