1. Welcome & Agreement

Welcome to SuitedGames! These terms are a plain-English agreement between you and us. We've tried to keep the legal language to a minimum while still covering everything that matters.

By using SuitedGames.com you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the platform.

SuitedGames is operated by Live Life Innovative (ABN 75 169 842 166), based in Sydney, NSW, Australia.

2. Who Can Use SuitedGames

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account
• If you're under 18, you need a parent or guardian's permission to use the platform
• You must provide accurate information when registering
• One account per person — duplicate or shared accounts are not allowed

3. Your Account

• You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure
• You're responsible for all activity that happens under your account
• Don't share your login details with anyone
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
• You can delete your account at any time through account settings or by contacting us

4. Free & Premium Tiers

Free Tier

Access to all games with ads displayed. No payment required.

Premium Tier

Ad-free experience, detailed statistics, cosmetics, and additional features. Current pricing is listed on the Shop page.

• Billed monthly through Stripe
• Auto-renews unless cancelled — you can cancel any time from your account settings or the Stripe customer portal
• When you cancel, you keep premium access until the end of your current billing period
• Prices may change with at least 30 days' advance notice

5. Battle Pass & Virtual Items

• Battle Pass and cosmetic items are optional purchases
• Virtual items (card backs, themes, table designs) have no real-world monetary value
• Virtual items are licensed to you, not sold — they remain our intellectual property
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue virtual items with reasonable notice
• Virtual item purchases are non-refundable, except as required by applicable consumer law
• Coins are an in-game virtual currency earned through gameplay. Coins have no real-world monetary value and cannot be redeemed, exchanged, or transferred for real money, credit, or any other form of compensation

6. Provably Fair Gaming

We use a cryptographic commitment-reveal protocol to ensure all card shuffles are fair. After each game you can verify that the shuffle was not manipulated.

We do not manipulate game outcomes — our random number generation is mathematically provable.

7. Rules of Conduct (Multiplayer)

Treat other players with respect. Specifically, please don't:

• Use offensive, abusive, or discriminatory language in chat
• Deliberately stall, disconnect, or abandon games to ruin others' experience
• Collude with other players to gain an unfair advantage
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to play
• Attempt to exploit bugs or vulnerabilities (please report them to us instead!)
• Impersonate other players or SuitedGames staff

Violation of these rules may result in a temporary or permanent account suspension.

8. Intellectual Property

• All content on SuitedGames — games, designs, code, graphics, and branding — belongs to Live Life Innovative or our licensors
• Third-party asset credits and attributions are listed on our Credits page
• You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without permission
• User-generated content (display names, chat messages) — you grant us a licence to display them within the platform

9. Our Responsibilities

• We aim to keep SuitedGames running smoothly and available around the clock, but we can't guarantee 100% uptime
• We'll do our best to notify you of planned maintenance in advance
• We're not responsible for issues caused by your internet connection, device, or third-party services
• We provide SuitedGames “as is” — while we strive for quality, we can't guarantee it will be completely error-free. Nothing in this section excludes any consumer guarantees that cannot legally be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you've paid us in the past 12 months.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Refunds

In summary: change-of-mind refunds are not available for digital subscriptions, but your rights under applicable consumer law — including Australian Consumer Law and EU consumer-protection legislation — are fully respected.

By using SuitedGames, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.

13. Third-Party Services

We use trusted third-party services to keep SuitedGames running, including Stripe (stripe.com) for payments. A full list of services and how they handle your data is available in our Privacy Policy. Each service has its own terms and privacy policies.

While we are not directly responsible for third-party service issues, we will always work to resolve them as quickly as possible.

14. Changes to These Terms

• We may update these terms from time to time
• We'll notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before they take effect
• If you disagree with changes, you may close your account before they take effect
• Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms

15. Governing Law & Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

We encourage resolving disputes informally first — contact us and we'll do our best to sort things out. If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, either party may refer the matter to mediation before commencing court proceedings.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under Australian Consumer Law or equivalent consumer-protection laws in your jurisdiction, including EU consumer protection regulations.
